Open Interest

In this Chapter, we will go over what Open Interest is and how to use this to your advantage. Open interest is active contracts held by traders and investors in active positions. Open interests increases when options writers create new contracts. If you see open Interest on a contract is Increaing, that's a great sign new buyers are flowing In. If OI is decreasing, it's a sign to get out the position.
